- Create high-quality drawings, diagrams, and visualizations to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct site analysis, research, and community consultations to inform design solutions.
- Ensure that designs meet local planning regulations, environmental goals, and project budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications, design reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, policies, and technologies influencing urban design.
- Degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Planning, or a related field.
- A strong passion for urban design, sustainability, and creating livable cities.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
