Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of chefs, managing kitchen operations, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP with a passion for leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
  • Proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth
  • Ability to work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes
