The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our new Defence estate contract, which involves delivering electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance via a 3rd party contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Defence estate contract, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical and mechanical maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party contractor to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the defence or facilities management sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles and practices.
