About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Assistant to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers in our supported housing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
  • Log incidents and maintain accurate records to ensure we have a clear understanding of events and can respond effectively.
  • Prepare rooms for new customers, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of working with people in a customer-facing environment.
  • An understanding of supporting vulnerable people, which could include having your own lived experience of homelessness or drug or alcohol addiction.
