The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our skilled team at Approach Personnel Ltd. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, crafting high-quality timber products using traditional joinery techniques as well as modern machinery. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and assembling components to meet exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production of timber products
• Selecting and preparing materials to meet project requirements
• Assembling components using traditional joinery techniques and modern machinery
• Maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in bench joinery or a related field
• Strong understanding of traditional joinery techniques and modern machinery
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment
