About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at a large-scale events venue. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality events, working closely with the Senior Event Managers and Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate mid-to-large-sized conferences, awards, and exhibition projects
  • Liaise with various departments, including catering, AV, security, and entertainment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event process
  • Lead event debriefs and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in events and hospitality, preferably in a venue or hotel setting
  • Strong knowledge of conference and banqueting operations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
