Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Weekend Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their own homes.

Main Duties

As a Weekend Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Supporting our clients with their clinical needs, including managing medical equipment and providing emotional support.
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Weekend Support Worker who possesses:

  • A kind and caring nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Please note that this role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as per the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
