About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Calibre, a leading civil engineering business based in North and West Yorkshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors
- Monitor and report on project progress and costs
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
