We're seeking skilled plumbers and heating engineers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across the UK. If you have experience fitting radiators, heating systems, or cylinders, we want to hear from you. Don't worry if you don't have previous heat pump experience - we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer with Aira, you'll work closely with our experienced team to install high-quality heat pump systems that not only reduce carbon emissions but also provide efficient and reliable heating solutions for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll work with our designers to ensure that every installation is properly surveyed and meets the highest standards.
  • You'll train at our Aira Academy to become a certified Heat Pump Installer and gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this field.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, and develop your skills and expertise as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer.
  • You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about sustainability, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. If you have:

  • NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework

And any of the following would be a bonus:

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regs)
  • Unvented hot water systems (part G)
  • Gas qualifications
