We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Senior UX Research Strategist to enhance our research capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining the trajectory of our offerings by revealing profound user insights and converting them into strategic recommendations. Your contributions will significantly impact product roadmaps, design choices, and overall growth strategies.

Direct strategic research projects: Design, plan, and implement a diverse array of research initiatives (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify user experience challenges and guide medium to long-term product strategies. Discover user needs and desires: Engage in comprehensive interviews, surveys, ethnographic research, usability assessments, and other methodologies to gain insights into user behaviors, challenges, and to inform new product innovations. Analyze and synthesize research outcomes: Convert raw data into insightful conclusions, recognize trends, and formulate actionable recommendations to foster product innovation and enhance user satisfaction. Convey research significance: Present research outcomes effectively to a variety of stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and marketers, utilizing compelling narratives and data visualization techniques. Promote user-centric design: Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development process, ensuring that research insights are integrated into product strategies and decision-making frameworks. Collaborate across teams: Work alongside cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business goals and cultivate a culture of user-centricity across product marketing and the data, research, and insights department. Share best practices: Mentor designers in conducting their own research and foster a continuous learning environment. Stay informed on industry trends: Remain updated on the latest research methodologies, tools, and trends in UX research to ensure our team stays at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

5+ years of demonstrated experience in UX research, with a strong focus on strategic research initiatives. Competencies: Proficiency in a broad spectrum of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for distilling complex information into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to adapt messages for diverse audiences. Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and building robust relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, including Product, Designers, and Marketing teams. A passion for user-centered design and a thorough understanding of user research principles and best practices. Familiarity with research tools and software (UserTesting, Figma, Qualtrics).

Preferred Qualifications
