About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team at RNN Group. As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the Fabrication and Welding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess apprenticeships in Fabrication & Welding Apprenticeship Standard
  • Coach and support apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular on-site performance reviews and assessments to ensure apprentices meet the required standards
  • Use e-portfolios to track apprentice progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of apprenticeships

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher
  • Teaching Qualification
  • Ability to adopt a flexible and proactive approach to supporting learners undertaking qualifications in the workplace
