We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Senior to join our Chief Operating Office (COO) audit team. As an IT Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading the identification and testing of application and technology controls operated by CIO teams in areas such as Mortgages, Digital, and Economic Crime.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of IT-related audits to identify risks and test controls.
- Present observations and findings to audit team members and management to agree on actions required.
- Use flexible auditing techniques to support efficient delivery of audits and maximize value.
- Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge, and coach other team members to improve their skill set.
- Organize, plan, and time manage tasks across multiple audits, issue validations, and function activities.
- Experience as an auditor or in auditing with a background in operating IT applications or IT controls.
- Experience in planning audit work to a high quality by analyzing complex business processes and related IT.
- Experience in producing clear, comprehensive, and concise audit working papers and other key outputs for review.
- Experience in facilitating meetings with business audit teams and providing specialist input and knowledge where applicable.
- Experience in raising and documenting control issues and tracking issues through to resolution with business/IT stakeholders.
- Contribution to improving the focus and efficiency of audit activities through experimentation and innovation.
