Customer Support Specialist

Location: Lutterworth - Hybrid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

Salary: £23,400 per annum + hybrid allowance + annual bonus

SolviT Recruitment is collaborating with a well-established Pharmaceutical organization in Lutterworth.

In response to ongoing expansion, our client aims to enhance their Customer Service team by adding new members. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication abilities to address order inquiries and complaints while converting incoming requests into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients through various channels including email, phone, and web chat
  • Managing sales administration tasks such as processing, expediting, and resolving order issues
  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries from the initial contact to resolution
  • Utilizing multiple software systems daily, including SAP
  • Addressing returns and special requests
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team and suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on pricing and lead times

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive problem solver
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar order management systems is advantageous
