The Health Team collaborates strategically with clients to execute integrated campaigns on a global, regional, and local scale, focusing on disease awareness, medical education, patient and employee engagement, digital communications, and regulatory milestones.

Our success is rooted in the diverse skills, backgrounds, and specializations within our team, which consists of 130 exceptional PR, medical, and scientific communications professionals. This year, our Health team earned recognition at the Cannes Lions 2024, securing a Silver Cannes Lion in the Health and Wellness category for their innovative work.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead, mentor, and manage a highly integrated and diverse team across various regions for a prominent global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will oversee both brand and above-brand initiatives, providing counsel to clients to help them achieve their communication and business goals while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Success in this role will be reflected in the evolution of our offerings, enhancing our reputation for delivering top-tier pharmaceutical communications, and fostering innovation and fresh perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior strategic counsel and guidance to clients, focusing on achieving their communication and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring the development and execution of high-quality integrated communications programs.
  • Drive business growth by securing, maintaining, and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale global communications programs.
  • Strong media relations skills and the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional people management abilities, fostering motivation and development within large account teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with research, strategy, and creative teams to ensure insights are central to all initiatives.
