Customer Success Executive

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at Reviva Resourcing. This role involves managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely completion of contracts and documents, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers to our platform
  • Manage contracts and documents in a timely manner
  • Keep customers informed of updates and changes
  • Continuously manage customer relationships
  • Offer new products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estate agency, real estate, mortgages, or legal
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
