Project Manager (Billable Works / Small Works)

At ISS Facility Services UK, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Billable Works team at Weybridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, statutory compliance, and ISS's robust processes, policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment, with a strong understanding of RAMS. They will also have experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects, as well as experience of estimating and costing and practiced in presenting high-quality tenders.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works projects, ensuring consistent high standards of service. You will liaise with clients to develop project scope, planning, and change control, manage and oversee the project risk register, and make recommendations and ensure corrective action is taken.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand the key financials, labour, and material variables, and will be able to work closely with a supportive and collaborative team while gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of facility management.
