Enterprise Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, prioritize, and manage business and product requirements to ensure desired outcomes and benefits are achieved.
  • Lead BA activities within initiatives, collaborating with Senior and Lead EBAs as needed.
  • Identify, plan, and realize benefits through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Support Business Sponsors in facilitating stakeholder input and articulating output.
  • Collaborate with UX and Product managers to create functional designs.
  • Map dependencies and business impact to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct EPIC-level analysis to confirm business needs and components.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
  • Experience in business change projects, including people, process, and technology.
  • Strong elicitation, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and other tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of business and product KPIs.
