Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Integrated Water Services (M&E). As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects within our Central framework, from tendering stage through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of M&E projects with our key client Frameworks up to £6M
- Collaborate with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations
- Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed, including monthly programme & forecast updates
- Manage tender processes and supplier evaluations
- Proactively manage health & safety, Site Inspection targets and liaison with clients and suppliers
- Review subcontractor approvals and performance
Requirements:
- Hold relevant qualifications and demonstrate a sound understanding of relevant legislation, CDM regulations & duties and NEC Contracts
- Have experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry
- Be well-organized, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages, including MS Project
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a full driving license and be willing to work away from home as required
