About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital connection between management and warehouse personnel, providing immediate, hands-on leadership and oversight to ensure a high level of performance and meticulous attention to safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, prioritize, and delegate warehouse tasks to meet service level expectations consistently.
- Effectively manage and monitor productivity within the warehouse team to achieve both contractual and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee all aspects of staff operations to ensure compliance with operational duties and promote exceptional work standards among team members.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, with hours per week including Monday to Friday, with potential shift finishes and a reasonable amount of overtime, including 1 in 4 Sundays.
