The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding guest service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organised.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests across all hotel and spa areas.
  • Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service, particularly the service of cocktails.
  • Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Coordinate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages.
  • Handle guest complaints and respond accordingly to ensure service recovery.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, dress code, and serving standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of a variety of beverages, including cocktails.
  • Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
