Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Primary Schools

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in primary schools across London, Waltham Forest. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons to primary school pupils
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience working in primary school environments or as a teaching assistant
  • Awareness of useful strategies for language, social skills, emotional well-being, and behavior management
  • Dedication to becoming part of the school team community
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to undertake a new check
