Exciting Graduate Civil Engineer Opportunity

Our client, a well-established Civil and Structural Design consultancy, is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Kent. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across highways, infrastructure, and drainage works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Analysis: Develop designs of infrastructure/highways related projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Technical Excellence: Perform design analysis using advanced software tools and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • An understanding of Civils 3D and Microdrainage would be beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to engineering problems.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license is preferred, as site visits will be part of the role.
