Job Title: Process Leader

Contract Personnel Ltd is currently recruiting for a Process Leader to join their team based in the outskirts of Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in a leading confectionary company.

Job Summary:

The Process Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of one manufacturing process, ensuring that quality and efficiency standards are met. This will involve controlling equipment, supervising a team, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring that all equipment is working effectively and producing the required standard of product.
  • Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production Specifications are adhered to.
  • Control equipment and ensure that it is working effectively and producing the required standard of product.
  • Assist with supervising the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record of leading a team. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
