Construction Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a contract basis for a live Civil Engineering Highways project in Southampton.
Main Responsibilities:- Setting out, levelling and surveying a construction site to ensure accurate measurements and layouts.
- Working with site plans, drawings and building information models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers to maintain site safety and organization.
- Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolving technical problems and issues that arise during the project.
- Working in an office and on a construction site, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Producing setting out data from a range of formats, including AutoCAD, to support project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of infrastructure delivery gained with reputable contracting businesses, although some client-side experience would be beneficial.
As the appointed Engineer, you will have a track record in delivering Highways upgrade major schemes and hold a valid CSCS card.
