We are seeking an experienced Gastro Pub Bar Manager to join our team at DDH Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the gastro pub, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the chef to create innovative menus and promotions.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets to optimize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bar manager or similar role in a gastro pub or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of food and drink operations, including inventory management and cost control.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of 30,000 GBP + Tronc bonus (around 6.55k GBP).
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including accommodation provided (110 GBP per week).
