About the Role:

RPS is seeking a skilled professional to lead a team in supporting our Scottish Water contract in Grangemouth. As a Drainage Crew Leader, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining flow survey equipment, gathering data from sewer flows, and collaborating with clients to plan and design new drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a 3-person team in flow survey operations
  • Installing and maintaining flow survey equipment, including flow monitors, rain gauges, and depth monitors
  • Gathering data from sewer flows during dry and wet weather events
  • Collaborating with clients to plan and design new drainage systems

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a drainage-related role, with knowledge of public sewer networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and record-keeping capabilities
  • Demonstrable track record of reliability and flexibility
  • Full UK driving license
