We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Castle View Personnel. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to our Partners and Solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal with client enquiries face to face and via correspondence.
- Manage diaries, coordinate and set up meetings.
- Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documentation.
- Transcription of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and manage client case files, opening and closing records accordingly.
- General Administration including preparation of various legal forms and templates.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and invoicing.
- Previous legal secretarial/administration experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- Polite and professional manner.
- Calm under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of prioritising in order to work to deadlines.
- An excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, etc.
