Job Title: Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Castle View Personnel. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to our Partners and Solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with client enquiries face to face and via correspondence.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate and set up meetings.
  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documentation.
  • Transcription of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update and manage client case files, opening and closing records accordingly.
  • General Administration including preparation of various legal forms and templates.
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and invoicing.
Requirements:
  • Previous legal secretarial/administration experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Polite and professional manner.
  • Calm under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of prioritising in order to work to deadlines.
  • An excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, etc.
