We are seeking hard-working and passionate individuals to join our bar team at Kingsholm Rugby Stadium as part of our casual bar staff program.

About the Role

As a casual bar staff member, you will assist the bars team on event days, ensuring the delivery of premium service to all customers in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. You may also be required to assist with the setting up of bars both pre- and post-event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the bars team on event days to deliver premium service to customers.
  • Help with the setting up of bars before and after events.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the bars team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • 18+ years old.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Team players who can work well under pressure.
What We Offer
