About the Role: Electric Vehicle Damage Assessor
We are excited to present new career opportunities with a leading accident repair company at a newly launched EV facility. We are looking for a highly qualified Electric Vehicle Damage Assessor who possesses hands-on experience or has a solid understanding of electric vehicle repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- In a cutting-edge EV environment, you will evaluate damaged vehicles, determining the full extent of the damage, repair costs, and timelines.
- Expertise in identifying the appropriate prescribed repair methods.
- Prepare both computerized and manual estimates, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all assessments.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain authorization for vehicle repairs and confirm repair costs.
- Effectively communicate with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure clarity on the correct vehicle repair processes.
- Ensure that any changes to repair work are approved by the insurance provider.
- Once authorization is received, collaborate with body shop personnel to ensure they fully understand the prescribed repair methods.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Audatex is essential.
- Background as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Vehicle Estimator, preferably with knowledge and experience in EV and hybrid technologies.
- ATA qualification is advantageous.
We are also seeking candidates with skills in various roles such as Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician, Vehicle Painter, and more.
