Job Title: Social Media Manager

Muc-Off is a leading global brand in the bicycle and motorcycle markets, known for its innovative approach to life. We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all social media channels across bicycle and powersports to drive growth in terms of reach and engagement with the brand.
  • Research and analyze social media trends to improve social media and brand presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Work with various departments internally to promote overall brand through all social media channels.
  • Develop and deliver channel-specific content strategies to engage with our target audience.
  • Deliver the brand Tone of Voice across all owned channels and create clear, concise design and creative briefs.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy to help drive website traffic and increase conversions.
  • Keep up to date with social media viral trends, technological/algorithmic updates and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages across all channels.
  • Activate global events through social channels, with occasional event attendance required to capture content and run takeovers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable strong understanding of emerging social media trends.
  • Excellent IT skills including social planning and evaluation tools.
  • Willingness to be the voice of social media 7-days-a-week.
  • A degree in Marketing/Communications and/or a CIM Diploma.
  • Excellence in project management and an eye for putting the right process in place to get the job done.
  • Evidence of working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Full motorcycle license.
