Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in executing our comprehensive marketing strategy and supporting our Marketing Manager in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Channel Management: Manage our CRM, social media, email marketing, and public relations as key marketing channels to effectively engage with our target audience.
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality, engaging content that showcases our brand's products, services, and heritage, and develops our brand voice.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and implement growth strategies for our subscription assets, including email marketing and social media, to drive business growth.
- PR & Agency Management: Maintain PR relationships with key press contacts and manage external agencies for digital and print media to ensure effective brand representation.
- Branded Merchandise & POS: Coordinate the purchase and organisation of branded merchandise and POS advertisements for our sales team to enhance our brand presence.
- Content Delivery: Collaborate with our e-commerce and graphics teams to ensure cohesive delivery of content and visuals across all digital channels.
- Event Management: Organise educational seminars and support major barbering events across the UK to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse and report on marketing performance using tools like Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Semrush, and Google Analytics to inform business decisions.
- Quarterly Presentations: Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to share insights and performance with our sales and marketing teams.
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong content creation skills with the ability to engage and inform our target audience.
- Marketing Tools: Experience with email marketing, social media management, and PR, as well as familiarity with Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Semrush, and Google Analytics.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
