Job Title: Catering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to lead our team at One Southwark Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our staff restaurant, providing hot and cold meals to 2,000 team members per day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing management and front-of-house team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure menu planning, food quality, and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including food safety, accident reporting, and general maintenance.
