About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our People Support Centre, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Management: Lead and advise on all aspects of HR management, including employee lifecycle, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, providing support and advice to employees and managers.
  • Line Management: Be responsible for line managing two administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
  • Travel: Travel to various offices and sites across the UK, as required, to meet with employees and managers, and provide face-to-face support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven generalist HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment law and employee relations.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 CIPD qualified, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Travel: Ability to travel nationally, on an ad hoc basis, to support employees and managers.
