Lead and manage a diverse team that includes Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen.Your Duties Will Include:
Clearly articulate the requirements for a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Propose and implement enhancements to operational systems, with the authority to halt work when necessary. Take ownership of tasks and communicate results effectively; inspire your team to do the same while ensuring efficient task execution and clear communication of essential messages. Demonstrate a strong work ethic with the flexibility to work outside standard hours as dictated by project demands. Work independently and proactively identify opportunities aligned with your responsibilities. Comprehend method statements and mentor others in the creation of documentation. Essential Qualifications and Attributes:
Possess a valid driving license and CSCS Card. Hold an SMSTS qualification. Exhibit strong communication abilities along with effective interpersonal and influencing skills. Demonstrate proficiency in report writing. Have experience managing a variety of infrastructure projects, including testing and handover processes. Possess a working knowledge of NEC and other relevant contract forms.
