We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers in a professional manner.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours on your feet, with a focus on safety and well-being.
