About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Strategist to join our team at H&H Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven brand marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the content team to create compelling and results-driven brand storytelling that captivates and engages target audiences
  • Partner with the eComm team to analyze creative performances, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates
  • Manage highly engaged social media brand properties to engage with and inspire pet parents
  • Drive business growth for our brands through a robust performance content strategy
  • Employ a data-driven strategy to build, execute, and iterate messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel/media mix
  • Work with the EU head of brand strategy and media to ensure best-in-class media strategy and consistent and relevant brand content
  • Develop and partner with the eComm and regional teams to deploy customer acquisition and retention strategies across multiple touchpoints
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful management of organic social media communities and PR
  • Experience in graphic and digital creative design, including copywriting
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth hacking mindset with a strong analytical and technical skillset
