Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team, working across two practices in SE London. As an Optometrist with Hakim Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to our patients, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and spectacle prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat various eye conditions
  • Prescribe and fit contact lenses, including Ortho-K night lenses and scleral lenses
  • Provide spectacle prescriptions and recommend frames from a variety of suppliers
  • Work closely with our opticians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest eye care technologies and techniques

Requirements
  • Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • Experience in eye care, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements

This role will require you to work across both of our practices, with a mix of patient-facing and administrative tasks. We offer a flexible working arrangement to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
