Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is seeking a talented .NET Software Developer to contribute to our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional visits to our Bristol office, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative Pensions Office solution. Your expertise in .NET technologies will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software that meets the evolving needs of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust and efficient solutions for new requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation adhering to established standards.
  • Maintain impeccable coding practices and adhere to best-in-class development methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough system testing to ensure the stability and reliability of our software applications.
  • Collaborate closely with senior systems analysts to deliver client-centric solutions.
What We Look For:
  • Proven experience in software and application development, demonstrating a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Core MVC framework and related technologies.
  • Ability to design and develop intuitive web-based interfaces using various front-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
