About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team at a growing manufacturing business based in the Paddock Wood area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a saw to cut metal accurately and efficiently.
  • Work from technical drawings to produce high-quality products.
  • Meet targets in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop.
  • Operate a forklift when required, with training provided.
Requirements
  • Experience operating a saw or similar hand tools/machinery in a manufacturing workshop environment.
  • A practical, methodical, and proactive attitude.
  • A good level of physical fitness.
  • The ability to read technical drawings.
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Stable and reliable, seeking a long-term opportunity.
  • The right to work in the UK – no sponsorship opportunities are available for this role.
  • A driving licence and own vehicle – essential due to location.
