At Primark, we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Planning and Forecasting team. As a key member of our technology team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our existing system and application landscape to inform future solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement solutions that drive business growth.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Work closely with business units to deliver solutions that meet their current and future needs.
- Evaluate business requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with all inputs.
- Draw together requirements into Functional Requirements Documents using existing templates.
- Contribute to a team environment, ensuring objectives are aligned and delivered solutions work seamlessly.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience in a B&M environment, preferably with Planning expertise.
- Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
- Ability to work with senior management and stakeholders across Technology, the business, and external partners.
