FX Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FX Sales Associate to join our team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of corporations, institutions, and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a client base of corporations, institutions, and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.
- Ability to intelligently sell FX including derivative transactions, provided necessary regulation requirements are met.
- Work with other salespersons across the network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
- Proactively perform day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding, and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX team.
- Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding).
- Managing client post-trade services/workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the AFM.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company-determined parameters are complied with.
- Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
- To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
- To escalate risk events immediately.
- To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Requirements:

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales.
- Strong pricing and structuring capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes.
- Good knowledge of FX derivatives.
- Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
