Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Eden Scott. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller in delivering financial outputs and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of Management Accounts, including journal postings, accruals, and prepayments.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to set budgets, forecast cash and sales, and monitor financial performance.
- Assist with the year-end audit, annual statutory returns, VAT, CIS, and other mandatory declarations.
- Oversight of payroll, credit control, sales invoicing, supplier payments, and financial operations activities.
Requirements:
- Hands-on approach and Management Accounting experience.
- High level of IT experience, including intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, driven, proactive, and motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.
