Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading retail and e-commerce organization in London to find a skilled Dynamics developer with experience in D365 and F&O.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing ERP, e-commerce, CRM, and BI systems to drive continuous improvement across the organization's global operations. Your primary focus will be on specifying, developing, and testing key improvements to processes, integrations, and systems, with a focus on driving e-commerce and wholesale business operations.
As a key member of the team, you will architect, develop, configure, customize, and support the delivery of business solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, other Microsoft Business tools, and in-house bespoke systems. You will also work within an Agile methodology, delivering backlog items within two-week sprints to demonstrate a little and often approach to delivering change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting issues.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Contribute to the resolution of Priority 1 (P1) major incidents and some limited out of hours deployments and system testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent demonstratable experience.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.
- Strong knowledge of X++, C#,.NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O integrations and data migrations.
- Ability to travel to White City, London for next day meetings.
