Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the different sections, ensuring that our food hygiene standards are consistently high and our service is smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with our Executive Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and techniques that showcase our commitment to creativity and excellence.
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly, including ordering and deliveries, to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior chefs, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our catering service provision meets the needs of our clients and their children.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
- A natural ability to lead and manage others, with a focus on developing the skills and confidence of junior chefs.
