About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at a well-regarded educational institution. This role involves working with young learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire and motivate students in the Foundation Stage.
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of academic achievements.
• Create a safe and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to enhance the educational experience for students.
• Participate in school events and activities, fostering a sense of community.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare of all children is prioritized.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in teaching at the Reception level.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or a Bachelor's degree in Education.
• Demonstrated experience in a mainstream primary or secondary educational setting.
• Strong classroom management abilities with a focus on engaging students.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, colleagues, and students.
• In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum and its practical application.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
