About the Role:
We are looking for a committed Tree Coordinator to oversee the effective management of tree-related data. This role is essential for ensuring that all tree works comply with relevant regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Utilize mapping technologies to confirm Tree Preservation Orders, Conservation Areas, and other environmental constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with tree officers, planning authorities, and internal teams to collect and disseminate vital information.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Perform comprehensive checks and secure necessary permits to guarantee compliance with local and national laws.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with Contract Managers and the Extra Works Team to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including updating tender databases.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and escalate them as needed to prevent delays, providing regular updates to relevant parties.
