Coverage Area: Leeds, including Kirkstall, Yeadon, and City Centre
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves travel to various retail locations within your designated route.
• Restock, organize, and present merchandise in the concession area during regular visits.
• Verify all deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accuracy.
• Execute the Planogram in accordance with In-Store Presentation standards.
• Replenish inventory from storage areas to guarantee that all products are available on the sales floor.
• Ensure promotional displays and sales align with operational guidelines.
• Manage markdowns in accordance with company procedures.
• Organize surplus stock in designated storage areas.
• Handle empty containers, transfers, and damaged goods as necessary.
• Confirm style numbers in the concession system for proper scanning.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales performance and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the concession area, ensuring products are not left on the floor.
• Mentor and guide team members by exemplifying strong product knowledge.
• Regularly report to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
