GSL Education is seeking dedicated Autism Support Teaching Assistants to provide essential support in a mainstream primary educational setting. Your role will involve working directly with students who experience moderate learning challenges and autism, offering personalized assistance on both an individual and small group basis to help them reach their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to monitor and evaluate the progress of each child.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions during school meetings with educators and administrative staff.
  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention strategies for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to enhance the developmental support for each child.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS Certificate or a willingness to secure one.
