About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PR Account Director to join our team at AF Selection. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for leading client programmes and developing teams through mentoring, encouragement, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic B2B PR campaigns that achieve desired impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Provide expert advice on PR strategies and tactics to meet communications objectives
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure they follow best practice methods and processes
  • Ensure positive reputation management for clients and alignment with agreed key messaging and positioning
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a healthy record of developing strategic B2B PR campaigns, as well as a head for nurturing relationships with the media and coaching junior team members. If you have a background in B2B PR and are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply.
