Job Title : On-Site Service Technician

Mission :

As a vital member of our dedicated Services Team, your role will involve performing on-location maintenance aimed at enhancing energy efficiency at client facilities. You will uphold industry-leading standards while striving to transform perceptions within our sector, fostering innovation and change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute both Condition Monitoring and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on Schneider Building Management Systems across a designated region for a key client portfolio.
  • Implement strategies to optimize energy consumption, enhance user satisfaction, and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to assist with after-hours client emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to deliver additional value to our clients.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficient in software troubleshooting, with experience in any of the following: Building Management Systems, PLCs, Automated Control Systems, SCADA, Web Services, or Cloud-based Solutions.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems/HVAC is advantageous but not mandatory. (Our specialized teams will provide necessary training and system exposure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn from experiences and share best practices.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and ability to interpret schematics is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is a plus.
  • Experience with IT system configurations, including addressing and port settings, is beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Sustainability principles.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Education
  • Qualifications in an engineering field (preferably electrical, though not essential), along with excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to excel both independently and as part of a team.
